Eligibility for Refunds

We gladly accept returns for refunds under the following conditions:

1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.

2. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

3. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.

4. Final sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.


Refund Options

We offer the following refund options:

• Original Payment Method: Receive a refund directly to the payment method used at checkout.

• Store Credit: Opt for store credit or a gift card to use on future purchases (plus receive a bonus 10% credit as a thank-you).

• Exchanges: Swap your item for a different size or style (subject to availability).


How to Initiate a Refund

1. Submit a Refund Request:

Go to our Returns Portal or email us at sole.place22@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Receive a Return Label:

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. A small return shipping fee of $[amount] may be deducted from your refund.

3. Ship the Item Back:

Package your item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping center.


Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete.


Non-Refundable Items


The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our products! If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at sole.place22@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
