We currently ship within the U.S. If you’re outside the U.S.

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
5. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you’re in Clayton, Georgia, you can select local pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.
Returns & Exchanges
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Custom-made hats and sale items are final sale.
7. How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at sole.place22@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
8. Do you offer free returns?
At this time, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

9. What sizes do you offer?
Our apparel typically ranges from XS-XXL, but sizing may vary by brand. Check our size charts on each product page.
10. Do you offer custom hat designs?
Yes! Beginning in March our store will have a full custom hat bar. You can browse our designs or contact us to create your own.
11. How do I care for my custom hat?
Store your hat in a cool, dry place, and avoid excessive moisture. For cleaning, use a soft brush or a damp cloth.
